BVGASA Upper Division Standings

Games scores and team standings are kept for the Upper Divisions: Majors, Minors and the Mini-Minors. The standings listed here are current based on the final scores reported to date. To see all the scheduled games and scores for a particular team, click on the team name listed below.

The Home Team Scorekeeper is the official scorekeeper of the game. It is the responsibility of the Manager of the Home Team to ensure the official score is reported after the game to scores@bvgasa.org. Please include the number of outs pitched by every pitcher (both teams) in the game.

The complete list of 2013 teams will be visible once teams are formed and division coordinators have entered the team details.

Tie-Breaker rules for seeding in the playoffs, for those divisions that conduct a playoff, is first Head-to-head, then minimum runs allowed, then maximum runs scored.

Playoff Brackets and Scores

The recreation season is an exiting time! During the course of the season Bonita Valley Managers and Coaches put a strong emphasis on player development. It is not unusual to see girls playing a number of different positions, and there are out limits on the pitchers, to ensure each player gets a chance to develop her skills as a softball player. And then there are the playoffs! By the time the season comes near the end, the Managers and Coaches start fielding their best teams meaning, the best players at each position will start to see the most playing time at that position. Also for the playoffs, the limit on the outs for pitching is eliminated. The playoffs is a time for the whole season to come together, to see who is the best with awards given to those teams that finish at the top! The playoffs are where the competition takes front stage!

Once the playoffs begin, usually in late April, brackets will be created and the links to them will be posted here. The brackets will have the team seedings as of the end of the season and the scores as the games are played.

For 2012 we had the Big Leagues and the Mini-Minors:
